Every project includes the full set of plans you’ll need to submit for building permits. This typically includes site plans, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, demolition plans (if needed), and detailed sections. We also coordinate Title 24 energy reports and structural engineering as required by the city or county. Whether you’re starting from scratch or rebuilding after a fire, we make sure your plans meet local code and are ready for review.
